At Babci's Pierogi, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handmade pierogis. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Perishable Food Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

• Your order was damaged during shipping (photo proof required)
• You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
• The product was spoiled or defective upon arrival (photo proof required)

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at hello@babcispierogi.com with the order# and date of purchase in the subject line, within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in resolving any issues.
